UBS's Asia-Pacific Arm Names GFIW Team Head

LH Koh, who has co-headed global family and institutional wealth (GFIW) for Asia-Pacific at . UBS has announced a number of leadership roles as the business continues to absorb Credit Suisse and works through its management structure, including the wealth management and investment banking side. This adds to a number of changes, as reported here and here.
Koh, who joined the Swiss bank in 2010, has been in a leadership position in the global family office business in Asia since 2020. LH, a Singaporean, is a wealth management industry veteran with more than 20 years’ experience in investment banking and wealth management, focusing on Greater China and Southeast Asia markets.
Tommy Leung, also a co-head, has decided to pursue an opportunity outside the firm after more than 20 years with UBS.
The changes take effect immediately.
This publication understands that UBS has consolidated the GFIW teams from Singapore and Hong Kong locations under LH’s leadership so it can improve client experience and harness its resources across the Asia-Pacific region more effectively.
